In Consultation With National Research Council Of Canada, Upgraded And Optimized A Home Energy Audit Program To Quantify Savings Due To Different Insulation Upgrades In A Report To The Homeowner. Identified Government Regulatory Offices And Officials Involved In Energy Conservation Industry; Created Liaison Network To Negotiate And Lobby On Behalf Of The Franchisees To Protect The Reputation And Technical Standards Of The Franchise System. Successfully Procured A Commentators Chair On The Canadian General Standards Board Committee Preparing Air Tightness Standards To Retrofit Homes. This Was The First Such Standard Used To Prepare R-2000 Specifications.
