We have invested in and obtained access to reliable open project sources and we are now procuring profitable, local bidding opportunities for our clients in their areas of expertise.
This is how we structured this service.
1) CCF scans the marketplace & identifies suitable projects within the geographical areas serviced by our client
2) CCF e-mails information on project (dwgs, invitations, location etc) to our clients
3) Client decides to bid (or pass) on specific project
4) CCF contacts owner/GC to obtain permission to submit a bid or register client
5) CCF prepares bid and submits to client for review
6) Client submits bid to owner/GC
7) CCF monitors bid results and reports to client. (when possible).
